Arvin Wijay
Board MemberArvin Wijay is the Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Analytics and loanDNA, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in real estate finance, capital markets, and mortgage technology. Recognized for driving growth and transformation across startups, turnarounds, and Fortune 500 firms, Arvin combines strategic vision with operational excellence.
His career began in investment banking and real estate finance, where he specialized in capitalization, acquisitions, and mortgage-backed securities. He later held senior executive roles at Fremont Investment and Loan and Morgan Stanley, where he led the acquisition of Saxon Mortgage and built high-performing teams in sales, marketing, and product development.
In 2008, Arvin founded Retreat Capital Management, a residential loan servicing and advisory firm that he grew from $200,000 to over $30 million in annual revenue before its acquisition.
Today, as CEO of Consolidated Analytics and loanDNA, Arvin leads both organizations in advancing mortgage finance through innovation, analytics, and intelligent automation. His leadership philosophy emphasizes empowerment, accountability, and execution—driving productivity, quality, and profitability across every business line.
Sundaresan Subramanyan
SVP Product DevelopmentSundaresan Subramanyan is a veteran technology leader with over 30 years of experience in mortgage, capital markets, and banking tech. At loanDNA, he leads Product Development, driving AI-powered systems across the mortgage lifecycle—from origination and underwriting to servicing and hedging. Known for blending deep domain expertise with modern architecture, Sundaresan has built advanced pricing, rate lock, and pipeline hedging platforms that enhance lending speed, transparency, and precision.
Before loanDNA, he held leadership and engineering roles at Merrill Lynch, NASDAQ Japan, Reuters, Bear Stearns, and central Indian banks. He later founded Analytic Brains Technologies, which he led for 15 years. A hands-on expert in database design and SQL performance, he ensures loanDNA’s platforms deliver exceptional scalability and reliability. Sundaresan holds a degree in Mathematics and an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management.
